The EKOFILTER plates Filter Press is designed to achieve the best results in industrial sludge dewatering. All EKOFILTER filter presses are designed for use with HPT (High Pressure Technology) capable of working both at operating pressures common to all filter presses, 5–7 bar, and at high pressures close to or above 16–21 bar. This is made possible by the highly specialised design of our machines and the use of the highest quality and engineering level components such as hydraulic power units and pistons, oversized chassis structures and in addition high pressure pumps.

    Typical liquid flow rate @23℃ • RP series filter cartridges are made of 100% PP fibers with graduated pore structure. They can provide high dirt holding capacity, small pressure drop, high flow rate, good chemical compatibility, little fiber release and long service life.

    WP series filter cartridges are manufactured at a continuous high winding speed, creating superior cartridge integrity with hundreds of tunnels that taper from the surface to the core. The structure of loose outer and tight inner layers can provide true depth filtration with high dirt holding capacity and extremely low media migration. Cartridges are available in a variety of filter media and core configurations.

    The sintered stainless steel filter cartridge is made of 5 layers of sintered stainless steel. The insert has high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance. To extend the life, it can be restored by backwashing. The filter inserts are particularly suitable for highly viscous process fluid.

    Titanium filter cartridges are formed from titanium powder and sintered at high temperature. They can be used at temperatures below 280℃ and also in corrosive media. Uniform pore size distribution and easy regeneration are their advantages.
